How can I contact you?
Email: jamesjmacintosh@hotmail.com
Phone: (250) 216-7689
Location: Vancouver Island, British Columbia
Please include the artwork title or order details so I can assist you promptly.
Are the original paintings available?
Yes. If an original is available, you'll see a "Purchase Original" button with its price on the artwork's page. When an original has sold, open edition prints may still be available.
What kind of prints do you offer?
All prints are open editions on premium paper. There are no signed or limited runs right now, so you can order any available artwork without worrying about missing out.
How do I pay?
Add any originals or prints to your cart and check out with Stripe. Stripe accepts all major credit cards, keeps your information secure, and lets me know the moment your payment is complete so I can ship the original or place the print order for you.
What size will my artwork or print be?
The sizes shown beneath each artwork in the gallery are the exact sizes you will receive. Originals ship at those dimensions, and the open edition prints match the same proportions. Need a different size? Send me a note and I can create a custom print order.
Where do you ship?
Originals ship from Vancouver Island, BC with tracking and insurance to Canada, the United States, and most international destinations. When you order prints, I place the request with Gelato and they produce it at the fulfilment center closest to you for faster delivery.
How long will my order take?
Originals usually ship within 3-5 business days. Print production times vary by provider and destination, but most orders arrive within 1-2 weeks.
Can I return or exchange my order?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos and your order details so I can make it right. For change-of-mind returns, please reach out and I'll do my best to help.
How should I care for my artwork?
Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity. Frame prints with UV-protective glazing when possible. For originals, a simple dusting with a soft, dry cloth is best.
